The Kerkstra Story

Our story begins with concrete—not just as a material, but as a generational legacy. It started in 1963, when the Kerkstra family first worked with precast concrete for practical infrastructure like septic tanks and manholes. Over the decades, that knowledge evolved into increasingly sophisticated systems: Hollowcore planks in the ‘80s, structural wall panels in the ‘90s, double tees in the 2000s, and automated production lines by 2018.
This continuous innovation laid the foundation for something greater: a new way to work with concrete entirely. Today, Mangrove carries that family tradition into the future, not by repeating what’s been done, but by reimagining what’s possible.
